NUMBERS AND ACCESS CODES. 11.1 Where as part of the provision of Services VM provides the Customer w ith numbers and/or Access Codes then all rights associated w ith such numbers and Access Codes belong to VM. The Customer shall not or attempt to rent, lease, let, sell, charge, assign or otherw ise deal w ith such numbers and/or Access Codes in a manner prejudicial to VM’s rights therein.

In addition, when VarTec is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTec’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTec’s critical contact information for VarTec’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTec. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

  • Information and Access 5.1 The Customer shall:

  • Records and Access The Advisor, in the conduct of its responsibilities to the Company, shall maintain adequate and separate books and records for the Company’s operations in accordance with GAAP, which shall be supported by sufficient documentation to ascertain that such books and records are properly and accurately recorded. If the TBS Access Code is disclosed to any person, the Account Holder must forthwith give the Bank written notice thereof, thereupon the Account Holder shall immediately cease to use the TBS Access Code.
