News media means a newspaper or other periodical issued at regular intervals, news service in paper or electronic form, radio station, television station, television network, community antenna television service, or person or corporation engaged in making news reels or other motion picture news for public showing. Euronext Dublin means the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin;
Representative of the news media means any person actively gathering news for an entity that is organized and operated to publish or broadcast news to the general public.

Student media means any means of communication that are:
Service Media means central heating and hot water systems, electrical services for power and lighting, drainage and water services, and any data or phone services provided;

S&P means Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, a division of The XxXxxx-Xxxx Companies, Inc. and any successor thereto.
Allied means Allied Waste Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
