Common use of Number of Stewards Clause in Contracts

Number of Stewards. The Union may select a reasonable number of Stewards, with such number subject to the approval of the Port, from within the represented Unit in each geographic work location. The Union shall provide the Port with a current list of Stewards. Said list shall contain the employees' names, work locations, addresses and classifications recognized by the Port, with a copy to Port supervisors.
