Common use of November 1992 Clause in Contracts

November 1992. (2) The employer may at his/her sole discretion pay a retiring gratuity to staff retiring from the Company who have had not less than 10 years' service with the employing Company, with that Company and one or more other boards and with one or more of the following services: the Public Service, the Post Office, New Zealand Railways or any university in New Zealand.
