The Agent shall promptly notify the Lenders that it has received a Drawdown Notice and shall inform each Lender of: the amount of the Loan and the Drawdown Date; the amount of that Lender’s participation in the Loan; and the duration of the first Interest Period. Drawdown Notice irrevocable A Drawdown Notice must be signed by an officer or other authorised person of each Borrower; and once served a Drawdown Notice cannot be revoked without the prior consent of the Agent, acting on the authority of the Majority Lenders.
