Notification Methods. One of the project team’s goals is to anticipate and respond to the information needs and concerns of stakeholders and the affected public regarding construction activity that can be a potential disruption to their daily lives. Relevant and timely information will be provided in an attractive and easy to understand way. Stakeholders can begin learning, as appropriate, about future construction work schedules, lane closures, noise, ROW acquisition, and general mobility disruptions. The State will work directly with the Contractor to manage public information efforts. These efforts will help establish expectations and prepare stakeholders for the upcoming construction.
