ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TERMS. ActivePDF reserves the right to add, change or remove benefits or features from any support program at any time and without notice. ActivePDF also reserves the right to create or remove additional support programs that may not be covered under this SLSA. Current support terms, conditions, benefits and features, will be as published on the ActivePDF website or ActivePDF support site, and any modifications will supersede the terms published in this SLSA.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TERMS. Unless otherwise indicated in the Product Notice, Support Services provided by EMC shall consist of (i) using commercially reasonable efforts to remedy failures of Software to perform substantially in accordance with EMC’s applicable Documentation; (ii) providing English-language (or where available, local language help line service (via telephone or other electronic media); and (iii) providing, or enabling Customer to download Software Releases and Documentation updates made generally available by EMC at no additional charge to other purchasers of Support Service for the applicable Software.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TERMS. After the Initial Support Term, Support for Customer will automatically renew for one (1) year terms thereafter (“Renewal Term(s)”), unless terminated with sixty (60) days prior written notice. Payment for Renewal Term(s) is due upon Invoice.
