NOTICE TO PROCEED AND SCHEDULE. (a) Upon award of the Contract, the Contractor will receive a Notice to Proceed to develop a comprehensive Schedule. Subsequent to completion and City approval of the Schedule, the Contractor will receive a Notice to Proceed. No work shall commence without receiving the Notice to Proceed from the City. The work shall be complete in 3 months.
