Common use of Notice to Owner Clause in Contracts

Notice to Owner. All papers required to be delivered to the Owner shall, unless otherwise specified in writing to the Contractor, be delivered to: Macon Water Authority 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Macon, GA 31201 FAX 478/000-0000 Any notice to or demand upon the Owner shall be sufficiently given if delivered to the Office of the Executive Director or if delivered by the United States Mail in a sealed, postage-prepaid envelope, or delivered by facsimile addressed to said Executive Director or to such other representative of the Owner or to such other address as the Owner may subsequently specify in writing to the Contractor for such purposes. Any such notice or demand shall be deemed to have been given to the Owner or made only as of the time of actual delivery to Owner.
