Common use of Notice to Owner Clause in Contracts

Notice to Owner. “Notice to Owner” means written notice from the Authority to Facility Owner informing the Facility Owner that Relocation of Facilities is necessary. Such written notice shall specifically identify the Facilities subject to Relocation, the reason for Relocation, the Party(ies) that will be performing the Facility Work or Relocation, and what, if any, actions are requested of the Facility Owner.
