Notice of Corrective Action and Discharge. A copy of any corrective action shall be given to the employee with a copy provided to the Union. Employees shall be notified of their right to have a Union xxxxxxx present during a corrective action meeting. Requests for Union representation shall be granted promptly so as not to delay corrective action or investigation. When an employee declines Union representation, a Xxxxxxx Waiver Notice must be provided to the employee and the employee will be encouraged to sign it. If employee refuses to sign, such refusal will be noted on the form by the manager. A copy of the form will be provided to the Union.
