The Company shall notify all non-probationary employees who are to be affected by the permanent closure of all or any portion of the Company's operation with the following notice period or shall award pay in lieu thereof: Period of employment Notice Period Less than one (1) year one (1) week One (1) year and less than three (3) years two (2) weeks Three (3) years and less than five (5) years four (4) weeks Five (5) years and less than ten (10) years six (6) weeks At least ten (10) years eight (8) weeks
