NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. Lessee will give Owner Participant, Owner Trustee and Mortgagee timely written notice (but in any event within 30 days prior to the expiration of the period of time specified under applicable Law to prevent lapse of perfection) of any relocation of its chief executive office (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) from its then present location and will promptly take any action required by Section 7.1.3(c) as a result of such relocation.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. First Security, in its individual capacity and as Owner Trustee, will give Lessee, each Participant and Mortgagee 30 days' prior written notice of any relocation of its chief executive office (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) from its then present location and will promptly take any action required by Section 7.3.8 as a result of such relocation.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. Borrower will provide Lender with not less than 30 days prior written notice of any change in the chief executive office of Borrower to permit Lender to make any additional filings necessary to continue Lender's perfected security interest in the Collateral.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. CPS and the Issuer shall provide the Note Purchaser with not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice of any change in the chief executive office or jurisdiction of incorporation or organization of CPS or the Issuer to permit the Note Purchaser to make any additional filings necessary to continue the Note Purchaser's perfected security interest in the Collateral.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. FSB and Owner Trustee will give to Lessee, each Participant, and Mortgagee 30 days' prior written notice of any relocation of its chief executive office (as defined in UCC Article 9), and will promptly take any action required by ss. 7.3.8 as a result of such relocation.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. Lessee will give Owner Participant, Owner Trustee and Security Trustee timely written notice (but in any event within 30 days prior to the expiration of the period of time specified under applicable Law to prevent lapse of perfection) of any relocation of its chief executive office (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) from its then present location or of any change in its corporate name, or of any change in its jurisdiction of incorporation (and will provide in such notice, if applicable, the identification number assigned to it by the new jurisdiction), and will promptly take any action required by Section 7.1.3(c) as a result of such relocation or change of name or change in jurisdiction.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. It will provide the Lender with not less than 30 days prior written notice of any change in its chief executive office to permit the Lender to make any additional filings necessary to continue the Lender’s perfected security interest in the Collateral.

Owner will give Mortgagee and Second Mortgagee timely written notice (but in any event within 30 days prior to the expiration of the period of time specified under applicable Law to prevent lapse of perfection) of any relocation of its chief executive office (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) from its then present location and will promptly take any action required by Section 6.1.3(c) as a result of such relocation.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. CPS and the Issuer shall provide the Administrative Agent with not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice of any change in the chief executive office or jurisdiction of incorporation or organization of CPS or the Issuer to permit the Administrative Agent to make any additional filings necessary to continue the perfected security interest of the Issuer Secured Parties in the Collateral.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. Bank, in its individual capacity and as Owner Trustee, will give Lessee, each Participant and Mortgagee 30 days' prior written notice of any relocation of its chief executive office (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) from its then present location and will promptly take any action required by Section 7.3.8 as a result of such relocation.
