NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. Lessee will give Owner Participant, Owner Trustee and Mortgagee timely written notice (but in any event within 30 days prior to the expiration of the period of time specified under applicable Law to prevent lapse of perfection) of any relocation of its chief executive office (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) from its then present location and will promptly take any action required by Section 7.1.3(c) as a result of such relocation.
