Common use of Notice of Borrowing and Disbursement Clause in Contracts

Notice of Borrowing and Disbursement. Upon receiving a Notice of Borrowing from the Company not later than 3:00 P.M. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on any Business Day requesting that a Swingline Loan be made, the Applicable Swingline Lender will make Swingline Loans available to the Company on the same Business Day such request is received by such Applicable Swingline Lender. Upon receipt, the Applicable Swingline Lender will provide to the Agent a copy of any Notice of Borrowing received by such Applicable Swingline Lender. Swingline Loan borrowings hereunder shall be made in minimum amounts of $50,000 (or the remaining available amount of the Swingline Committed Amount if less) and in integral amounts of $50,000 in excess thereof.
