Common use of Notice of Borrowing and Disbursement Clause in Contracts

Notice of Borrowing and Disbursement. The Swingline Lender will make Swingline Loans in Dollars available to the Borrower on any Business Day upon request made by the Borrower not later than 1:00 p.m. on such Business Day. A notice of request for Swingline Loan borrowing shall be made in the form of Schedule 2.1(b)(i) with appropriate modifications and submitted to the Swingline Lender’s Domestic Lending Office. Swingline Loan borrowings hereunder shall be made in minimum Dollar Amounts of $100,000 and in integral Dollar Amounts of $100,000 in excess thereof.
