Notice – Fencing. The Purchaser/Grantee acknowledges that he or she is aware that, a black vinyl chain link fence shall be installed along the rear lot lines of Lots 46 through 64, both inclusive, as identified on Schedule “A”, and agrees that they are responsible for the maintenance/replacement of this fence.

Notice – Fencing. The Purchaser/Grantee acknowledges that he or she is aware that a chain link fence shall be installed on Lots along the rear lot lines of Lots 3 to 5, both inclusive, along the easterly boundary of Lot 7, the westerly boundary of Lot 6 and the southerly boundary of Lot 1, inclusive on Schedule “A”, and agrees that they are responsible for the maintenance/replacement of this fence.
