Notice by Employee. a) Either party shall give two weeks notice of termination of employment. If the employee fails to give the appropriate notice of termination, the employer shall have the right to withhold the wages due to the employee for an amount equal to the period of notice not given. During the probation period either party may terminate the employment relationship without notice.
