Notice and Hearing Before City Council. After the hearing and recommendations have been made to the Commission, the City Council shall hold a public hearing upon the proposed amendment. Notice of the hearing shall be by one publication in the official City newspaper not less than five (5) days nor more than twenty (20) days prior to the date of the hearing.
