Law and Jurisdiction (Clause 62) References to “England and Wales” in the original Clause 62 of this Call Off Contract (Law and Jurisdiction) shall be replaced with “Northern Ireland”. Where legislation is expressly mentioned in this Call Off Contract the adoption of Clause 169.1.1(a) shall have the effect of substituting the equivalent Northern Ireland legislation. Insolvency Event In Call Off Schedule 1 (Definitions), reference to “section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986" in limb f) of the definition of Insolvency Event shall be replaced with “Article 103 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989”.
