NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY. CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) The Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB's) North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is a coding system for classifying where services are performed by type of economic activity in order to analyze economic data and promote uniformity in describing the economy. The Small Business Administration (SBA) assigns a business size standard to each NAICS code, which is usually stated in number of employees or average annual receipts, to represent the largest size that a business (including its subsidiaries and affiliates) may be to remain classified as a small business by the SBA in order to qualify for small business socio-economic programs. NAICS Codes and small business size standards are periodically updated and revised by SBA. If SBA revises NAICS Code(s) and small business size standard(s) that are within the scope of OASIS during the term of OASIS, the OASIS CO may need to update the OASIS MA-IDIQ task order contracts to reflect the updated NAICS Code(s) and small business size standards(s).

The Fee shall be paid in full without any deduction or withholding other than as required by law and the Assignor shall not be entitled to assert any credit, set-off, deduction, counterclaim or abatement of any nature whatsoever against Xxxxxxx Science in order to justify withholding payment of any such amount in whole or in part. If the Assignor is required, pursuant to any applicable present or future law, rule or regulation of any competent governmental or other administrative body, to make any deduction or withholding from any amount payable to Xxxxxxx Science pursuant to this Agreement, the Assignor shall pay to Xxxxxxx Science an additional amount as will, after the deduction or withholding has been made, leave Xxxxxxx Science with the same amount as it would have been entitled to receive in the absence of any such requirement to make a deduction or withholding; promptly pay to the relevant authority the amount of such deduction or withholding; and provide evidence of the same to Xxxxxxx Science on request.
