Non-Participation in Health Care Coverage. For employees retiring on or after July 1, 2006, for a retiree’s non-participation in health care coverage, the Employer will pay an annual cash amount of $1,250 (single employee), $2,000 (2-person), or $2,500 (family) each to be payable under the following conditions:

  • Non-Participation in Insurance Your initials on this clause of the Agreement acknowledges the Patient’s understanding that neither the CLINIC, nor its Physician, participate in any health insurance or HMO plans or panels and cannot accept Medicare eligible patients. We make no representations that any fees that You pay under this Agreement are covered by your health insurance or other third party payment plans. It is the Patient’s responsibility to determine whether reimbursement is available from a private, non-governmental insurance plan and to submit any required billing. (Initial)

  • Participation in Retirement and Employee Benefit Plans The Employee shall be entitled to participate in all plans relating to pension, thrift, profit-sharing, group life and disability insurance, medical and dental coverage, education, cash bonuses, and other retirement or employee benefits or combinations thereof, in which the Bank's executive officers participate.

  • Participation in Employee Benefit Plans The Executive shall be permitted during the Term, if and to the extent eligible, to participate in any group life, hospitalization or disability insurance plan, health program, or any pension plan or similar benefit plan of the Company, which is available generally to other senior executives of the Company.

  • Participation in Retirement, Medical and Other Plans The Executive shall participate in any plan that the Company maintains for the benefit of its employees if the plan relates to (i) pension, profit-sharing, or other retirement benefits, (ii) medical insurance or the reimbursement of medical or dependent care expenses, or (iii) other group benefits, including disability and life insurance plans.

  • Participation in Benefit Plans The Executive shall be eligible to participate in the employee benefit plans and programs maintained by the Company from time to time for its executives, or for its employees generally, including without limitation any life, medical, dental, accidental and disability insurance and profit sharing, pension, retirement, savings, stock option, incentive stock and deferred compensation plans, in accordance with the terms and conditions as in effect from time to time.

  • Participation in Plans Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Executive shall have the right to participate in any and all of the plans or programs made available by the Company (or it subsidiaries, divisions or affiliates) to, or for the benefit of, executives (including the annual stock option and restricted stock grant programs) or employees in general, on a basis consistent with other senior executives.

  • Nondiscrimination in Employment Consultant shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on any basis prohibited by law.   • Reimbursement; Participations (a) If Issuing Bank honors any request for payment under a Letter of Credit, Borrowers shall pay to Issuing Bank, on the same day (“Reimbursement Date”), the amount paid by Issuing Bank under such Letter of Credit, together with interest at the interest rate for Base Rate Revolver Loans from the Reimbursement Date until payment by Borrowers. Whether or not Borrower Agent submits a Notice of Borrowing, Borrowers shall be deemed to have requested a Borrowing of Base Rate Revolver Loans in an amount necessary to pay all amounts due Issuing Bank on any Reimbursement Date and each Lender agrees to fund its Pro Rata share of such Borrowing whether or not the Commitments have terminated, an Overadvance exists or is created thereby, or the conditions in Section 6 are satisfied.
