Common use of Non-Exclusive Contract Clause in Contracts

Non-Exclusive Contract. PSTA specifically reserves the right to contract with other entities for the services described in the Contract Documents or for similar services if it deems, in its sole discretion, such action to be in PSTA’s best interest.
