Nominee/Assignment. Optionee shall have the right to designate a nominee to take title to the Property, or assign its rights hereunder, by delivering written notice thereof to Optionor at least five (5) business days prior to the Closing; provided, however, (i) such assignee or nominee shall be an affiliate of Optionee or such other entity which has succeeded to the rights of Optionee under this Agreement and/or under the Lease and (ii) such assignment or substitution shall not relieve Optionee of its obligations hereunder.
Nominee/Assignment. Seller acknowledges and agrees that Buyer shall have the right to designate a nominee to take title to the Property by notice to Seller given not later than the closing. In the alternative Buyer may (i) without need of consent from Seller, assign this Agreement to any entity related to or affiliated with Buyer or (ii) with the consent of Seller not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, assign this Agreement to any entity not related to or affiliated with Buyer. Buyer shall be released from this Agreement upon the making of an Assignment as contemplated by the foregoing sentence.
Nominee/Assignment. Purchaser may designate a nominee to take title to the Property by written notice to Seller delivered at least seven (7) days prior to the Closing. Purchaser may assign this Agreement only with the prior written consent of Seller, which may be withheld or granted in Seller’s sole and absolute discretion. No assignment shall release the Purchaser herein named from any obligation or liability under this Agreement.

If positions or shifts are reduced or eliminated or movement of personnel to other shifts is required, then the seniority of the affected employee will prevail in the selection of shift, provided the affected employee can do the required work. Such shift preference is only applicable within the employee's classification.

  • Lease Assignment A LEASE ASSIGNMENT occurs when all RESIDENT(s) will be vacating the premises during the current lease term. RESIDENT(s) will not assign this LEASE without first obtaining MANAGEMENT’S prior written consent. Any Lease Assignment shall be on MANAGEMENT’S form (Lease Assignment Addendum and Deposit Brief) and it shall be signed by ALL persons therein designated. The New Resident(s) must apply and qualify for occupancy. An approval by MANAGEMENT of a Lease Assignment fully releases the RESIDENT(s) from his/her obligations under the LEASE. The Security Deposit on hand will be transferred to the incoming Resident(s). The Security Deposit disposition will be handled between the Resident(s) moving out and the New Resident(s) moving in. A one hundred dollars ($100.00) Administrative Fee is charged for processing. Airbnb rentals, short term online rentals, and 3rd party rental contracts are not allowed.
