Common use of NO WORKS CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

NO WORKS CONTRACT. It is hereby expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that nothing herein contained shall be construed to be a "Works Contract" and it is hereby further agreed by and between the parties hereto that in the event of the Developer being liable to make payment of any Sales Tax or GST or any other statutory tax or duty or levy in respect of this Agreement, the PURCHASER(S) shall be liable and agrees to make payment of the same at or before taking over possession of the said Flat/Unit.

NO WORKS CONTRACT. It is hereby expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that nothing herein contained shall be construed to be a "“Works Contract" ” and it is hereby further agreed by and between the parties hereto that in the event of the Developer Owner/ Sublessors/Developers being liable to make payment of any Sales Tax or GST Service Tax or any other statutory tax or duty or levy in respect of this Agreement, the PURCHASER(S) Sublessee shall be liable and agrees to make payment of the same at or before taking over possession of the said Flat/Unit.
