No Right to Use Regulatory Information. Except as the Parties may otherwise agree in writing or as would otherwise be permitted by Law: (a) no member of the Ironwood Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use any regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by any member of the Cyclerion Group for any products or product candidates in the Cyclerion Pharmaceutical Business; and (b) no member of the Cyclerion Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use any regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by any member of the Ironwood Group for any products or product candidates in the New Ironwood Pharmaceutical Business.
No Right to Use Regulatory Information. Except as the Parties may otherwise agree in writing or as would otherwise be permitted by Law: (a) no member of the Biogen Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use any regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by any member of the Bioverativ Group for any products or product candidates in the Bioverativ Business; and (b) no member of the Bioverativ Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use any regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by any member of the Biogen Group for any products or product candidates in the Biogen Retained Business.
No Right to Use Regulatory Information. Except as otherwise set forth on Schedule 5.01: (a) none of Baxter or any of the Baxter Subsidiaries shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings or other regulatory information to the extent exclusively related to any Baxalta Products; and (b) none of Baxalta or any of the Baxalta Subsidiaries shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by Baxter or any of the Baxter Subsidiaries for any products in the Baxter Business.
No Right to Use Regulatory Information. Except as the Parties may otherwise agree in writing (including in any Ancillary Agreement) or as would otherwise be permitted by Law: (a) no member of the bluebird Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use any regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by any member of the 2seventy Group for any products or product candidates in the Oncology Business; and (b) no member of the 2seventy Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use any regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by any member of the bluebird Group for any products or product candidates in the Severe Genetic Disease Business.
No Right to Use Regulatory Information. Except as the Parties may otherwise agree in writing (including in any Ancillary Agreement) or as would otherwise be permitted by Law: (a) no member of the Alkermes Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use any regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by any member of the Mural Group for any products or product candidates in the Oncology Business; and (b) no member of the Mural Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use any regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by any member of the Alkermes Group for any products or product candidates in the Neuroscience Business.
No Right to Use Regulatory Information. Except as otherwise set forth in the Product License Agreement: (a) no member of the Emergent Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings or other regulatory information that is owned or controlled by any member of the Aptevo Group and exclusively related to any Aptevo Products; and (b) no member of the Aptevo Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by any member of the Emergent Group.
No Right to Use Regulatory Information. Except as otherwise set forth on Schedule 5.8 or provided in this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, (a) none of Parent or any member of the Parent Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings or other regulatory information to the extent exclusively related to any SpinCo Products; and (b) none of SpinCo or any member of the SpinCo Group shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by Parent or any member of the Parent Group for any products in the Parent Business.
No Right to Use Regulatory Information. Except as otherwise set forth on Schedule 5.01: (a) none of Abbott or any of the Abbott Subsidiaries shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings, drug master file, or other regulatory information related to any Exclusive AbbVie Products; and (b) none of AbbVie or any of the AbbVie Subsidiaries shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings, drug master file, or other regulatory information owned or controlled by Abbott or any of the Abbott Subsidiaries for any products in the Abbott Business.
No Right to Use Regulatory Information. Except as otherwise set forth on Schedule 5.01 or provided in the Manufacture and Supply Agreements, the Special Products Master Agreement, the U.S. Transition Services Agreement or any International Transition Period Agreement: (a) none of Abbott or any of the Abbott Subsidiaries shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings, drug master file, or other regulatory information related to any Exclusive AbbVie Products; and (b) none of AbbVie or any of the AbbVie Subsidiaries shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings, drug master file, or other regulatory information owned or controlled by Abbott or any of the Abbott Subsidiaries for any products in the Abbott Business.
No Right to Use Regulatory Information. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in another Transaction Document: (a) none of Merck or any of the Merck Subsidiaries shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings or other regulatory information to the extent exclusively related to any Organon Products; and (b) none of Organon or any of the Organon Subsidiaries shall have a right of reference to or otherwise be entitled to use the regulatory filings or other regulatory information owned or controlled by Merck or any of the Merck Subsidiaries for any products in the Merck Business.
