No Release of Insurers Sample Clauses

No Release of Insurers. Tenant's indemnification obligations under Subparagraph 18(b) will survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease. Tenant's covenants, agreements and indemnification obligation in Subparagraphs 18(a) and 18(b) above, are not intended to and will not relieve any insurance carrier of its obligations under policies required to be carried by Tenant pursuant to the provisions of this Lease.
