No Other Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing herein expressed or implied is intended or shall be construed to confer upon or to give any Person other than the Escrow Agent, the Parties and their permitted assigns any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.
No Other Third Party Beneficiaries. Neither this Agreement nor any provision hereof, nor any document executed or delivered herewith, shall create any right in favor of or impose any obligation upon any person or entity other than the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
No Other Third Party Beneficiaries. The provisions of this Agreement and of the documents to be executed and delivered at Closing are and will be for the benefit of Seller, Asset Manager and Purchaser as well as any other third party beneficiary expressly and specifically identified herein only and are not for the benefit of any third party and, accordingly, no third party shall have the right to enforce the provisions of this Agreement or of the documents to be executed and delivered at Closing.
No Other Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement will not confer any rights or remedies upon any Person other than the Company, the Stockholders, ABRY, ABRY/CIP and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
No Other Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, any Subsequent Transferees and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, no other Person shall have any right or obligation hereunder.
No Other Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is not intended to confer any rights on any person or entity other than the District, the Municipal Customers, the Retail Customers, and the Contract Users insofar as expressly set forth herein.
No Other Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as set forth in Section 12.13, and except with respect to Covered Persons (each of whom shall be an express third party beneficiary of those Sections which cover such Covered Persons), nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or will, create any rights to any party, including, but not limited to, creditors other than a party that is a signatory hereto or who becomes a Member in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
No Other Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as provided in Section 9, this Guarantee is solely for the benefit of the Holders as Guaranteed Parties and the other parties hereto, and shall not be deemed to confer upon or give to any other third party (including, without limitation, the Trustee or any later appointed trustee acting in its capacity as trustee for the Holders of the Revenue Bonds pursuant to the Trust Indenture) any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, cause of action or other right or create any rights under any other agreement, document or instrument, including, without limitation, the Bond Documents.
No Other Third Party Beneficiaries. This Guarantee is solely for the benefit of SunTrust Bank as the Guaranteed Party and the other parties hereto, and shall not be deemed to confer upon or give to any other third party (including, without limitation, any trustee for the Revenue Bonds or any holders of the Revenue Bonds) any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, cause of action or other right or create any rights under any other agreement, document or instrument, including, without limitation, the Bond Documents.
No Other Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing in this First Supplemental Indenture is intended to or shall provide any rights to any parties other than those expressly contemplated by this First Supplemental Indenture.
