No Light, Air or View Easement. This Lease does not include an air, light, or view easement. Any diminution or shutting off of light, air or view by any structure which may be erected on lands near or adjacent to the Facility or by any vessels berthed near the Facility shall in no way affect this Lease or impose any liability on Port, entitle Tenant to any reduction of Base Rent or Additional Rent, or affect this Lease in any way or Tenant's obligations hereunder.
