Common use of No Light, Air or View Easement Clause in Contracts

No Light, Air or View Easement. Any diminution or shutting off of light, air or view by any structure which may be erected on lands adjacent to or in the vicinity of the Project or any temporary darkening of the windows of the Premises or obstruction of the light or view therefrom by reason of any repairs, improvements, maintenance or cleaning in or about the Project shall in no way affect this Lease or impose any liability on Landlord or reduce or diminish Tenant's obligations under this Lease.

No Light, Air or View Easement. Any diminution or shutting off of light, air or view by any structure which that may be erected on lands adjacent to or in the vicinity of the Project or any temporary darkening of the windows of the Premises or obstruction of the light or view therefrom by reason of any repairs, improvements, maintenance or cleaning in or about the Project portion thereof shall in no way not affect this Lease Lease, entitle Tenant to any reduction in Rent, or impose any liability on Landlord or reduce or diminish Tenant's obligations under this LeaseLandlord.
