No Light, Air or View Easement. Tenant has not been granted an easement or other right for light, air or view to or from the Premises. Any diminution or shutting off of light, air or view by any structure which may be erected on or adjacent to the Premises shall in no way effect this Lease or the obligations of Tenant hereunder or impose any liability on Landlord.
