Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.
No Illegal Payments None of the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or, to the Knowledge of the Company, any Affiliate, officer, agent or employee thereof, directly or indirectly, has, since inception, on behalf of or with respect to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (a) made any unlawful domestic or foreign political contributions, (b) made any payment or provided services which were not legal to make or provide or which the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any Affiliate thereof or any such officer, employee or other Person should reasonably have known were not legal for the payee or the recipient of such services to receive, (c) received any payment or any services which were not legal for the payer or the provider of such services to make or provide, (d) had any material transactions or payments which are not recorded in its accounting books and records, or (e) had any off-book bank or cash accounts or “slush funds.”
No Illegal Harassment Violation of the City’s harassment policy, which is incorporated by reference and available from the Human Resource Division, by the Contractor, its officers, employees, agents, vendors, consultants, subcontractors and anyone from whom it is legally liable, while performing or failing to perform Contractor’s duties under this Contract shall be considered a material breach of contract.
Illegal Dumping The Contractor shall ensure that it and all of its Subcontractors and assigns prevent illegal dumping of litter in accordance with Title 5, Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 365.
No Drugs All District properties are drug-free zones.
ILLEGAL STRIKES 10.1 The Public Service Labour Relations Act provides penalties for engaging in illegal strikes.
No Illegality No change shall have occurred after the execution and delivery of this Agreement in applicable law or regulations thereunder or interpretations thereof by regulatory authorities that, in the opinion of the Lessee or its counsel, would make it illegal for the Lessee to enter into any transaction contemplated by the Operative Agreements.
Illegal Use You may use your FAIRWINDS Credit Union Credit Card for any transaction permitted by law. You may not use your Card for any gambling purposes, either legal or illegal. You agree that illegal use and/or use in gambling activities of this Card will be deemed an action of default and/or breach of contract and such service and/or other related services may be terminated at our discretion. You further agree, should illegal use occur, to waive the right to sue us for such illegal activity directly or indirectly related to it. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any suits or other legal action or liability, directly or indirectly, resulting from such use.

Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. Illegal Activities Seller shall not engage in any conduct or activity that could subject its assets to forfeiture or seizure.
