NO EXTRA CLAIMS COMMITMENT. 3.5.1 The Employees covered by this Agreement undertake that they will not pursue any further claims against the Company during its period of operation. 3.5.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause, any party to this Agreement may apply to the FWC to vary the Agreement in accordance with the relevant provisions of the FW Act.
