NO EXTRA CLAIMS COMMITMENT. This clause is the same as the current Agreement. The Proposed Agreement is taken to have satisfied and discharged all claims of any description as to monies or conditions; and includes an undertaking to not engage in or support any action or activity that would result in disruption to the delivery of health services or limitation in the usual performance of duties, including threatened resignation. This clause is the same as the current Agreement. This clause specifies that this Proposed Agreement shall not be used as a precedent elsewhere in the public sector.
