Common use of No Employment Benefits Clause in Contracts

No Employment Benefits. Because the Operator and its Staff are not employees of the RHA, the Operator and its Staff shall not be entitled to any of the rights, benefits or incidents of employment such as vacation or vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, overtime pay or participation in employment benefit plans. The Operator agrees not to claim the benefit of, or protection under, any law which provides benefits or protection to employees, save and except for any insurance that may be in place regarding acts it performs in the course and scope of this Agreement. The Operator shall be responsible for the actions or omissions of its Staff.
