Common use of No DSA Approval Clause in Contracts

No DSA Approval. If the Architect determines that the Project does not require DSA approval, the Architect shall inform the District in writing prior to the Bidding Phase, as to why it has determined that DSA approval is not required. Architect shall advise the District the name of the agency having jurisdiction over the Project (e.g., the city in which the Project is located) and obtain, on behalf of the District all permits and approvals required to construct the Project.
