No Discipline for Honouring Picket. Line The NFB agrees that no director/first assistant director shall be disciplined in any manner, nor have his contract terminated for refusing to cross a picket line at the NFB's place of business and/or shooting location where the director/first assistant director has a bona fide concern for his personal safety. In such a case, the director/first assistant director should immediately contact the individual producer in charge of the director/first assistant director's contract.
