Night Shift Allowance. The only shift allowance applicable will be for pre-agreed night time working, to be referred to as ‘Night Shift Allowance’. This will be for exceptional circumstances only. Night time working is defined as any shift that starts between 20.00 hours to 00.00 hours, and the shift start time must have been pre-agreed with management.
