Common use of New Schedule Clause in Contracts

New Schedule. (a) The following language is added immediately following "Schedule 1.1AA" in the schedules listed on page (iv) of the Credit Agreement: "Schedule 1.1AB Replacement Tranche C Term Commitments" (b) Schedule 1.1AB, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby added to the Credit Agreement immediately following Schedule 1.1AA
