New-Hire Employee Eligibility For Floating Holidays. An employee shall be eligible for 5 Floating Holidays if hired in the first 3 months (January through March) of the calendar year, 4 Floating Holidays if hired in the second 3 months of the calendar year (April through June), 3 Floating Holidays if hired in the third 3 months of the calendar year (July through September) and 2 Floating Holidays if hired in October or November of the calendar year. There shall be no floating holiday credit if hired in December.
