New Equipment, Technology and Methods. 1. In the event of the introduction of new or different technology or methods which will have a significant impact on employees under this Agreement, the Company and the Union will meet and confer at least 60 days prior to the implementation of the new or different technology or methods to objectively review and evaluate the impact of the technological or method change. The following will be considered during the review and evaluation:
