Common use of New Courses Clause in Contracts

New Courses. To initiate a request to offer a new Type A, B, or D Course, the District Liaison must complete and submit to the College Liaison a Course Request Form for each proposed Course. Unless otherwise agreed to by the College, for a Fall semester Course, the Course Request Form must be submitted to the College Liaison by no later than February 1 of the same calendar year. Unless otherwise agreed to by the College, for a Spring or Summer Semester Course, the Course Request Form must be submitted to the College Liaison by no later than May 1 of the calendar year prior to the semester.
