Neutral Construction. Each party to this Agreement has had the opportunity to retain counsel, and to review and participate in the drafting of this Agreement, and, accordingly, the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting parties will not be employed or used in any interpretation of enforcement of this Agreement.
