Network Performance. The Contractor must measure and report on the network performance against the service levels monthly. For any circuit downtime, outages, or interruptions, the Contractor must provide a written report describing the degradation of service or outage, including the root cause and the plan to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Trend data must be supplied with this report that shows current and previous monthly performances.
