Network Advertising. PlayOn may advertise on any School video portal and within any School broadcast using pre-roll video, video mid- roll, or overlay ads that appear on the video screen. PlayOn ads will conform to the then-current NFHS Network Commercial Materials Guidelines (the “Guidelines”), a current copy of which is attached as Exhibit B; provided that School shall have the right in its sole discretion to limit or prohibit any advertiser, or any specific advertisement advertised on the School video portal, that is inconsistent with School standards for appropriateness for viewing by the school district’s student population.

Network Advertising. PlayOn may advertise on any FCPS video portal and within any FCPS broadcast using pre-roll video, video mid-roll, or overlay ads that appear on the video screen so long as such does not interfere or detract from the viewing of the event. PlayOn ads will conform to NFHS Network Commercial Materials Guidelines. Guidelines are provided in Exhibit B. FCPS reserves the right to require PlayOn remove network ads that do not conform to FCPS standards. PlayOn will retain 100% of all sponsorship sales from Network Advertising.

  • Signs and Advertising Tenant may, at its own expense, install and operate necessary and appropriate identification signs on the Premises, subject to the approval of Director and the requirements of the TI Guide, including but not limited to, the approval of the number, size, height, location, color and general type and design.   • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web.
