Negotiations or Special Conferences. The Employer agrees that Association members, engaged during their work shift in negotiations or Special Conferences on behalf of the Association with the Employer, during the term of this Agreement, shall be entitled to reasonable release time as needed without loss of salary. The number of Association members to be present at said meetings or negotiations are hereafter specified.
