Common use of NAV CANADA Clause in Contracts

NAV CANADA. agrees to supply each employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement and will endeavour to do so within one (1) month after receipt from the printer. The cost of printing the Collective Agreements will be divided equally between NAV CANADA and the Union.

In addition the parties agree to arrange that a sufficient number of copies will endeavour to do so within one (1) month after receipt from the printerbe printed for administrative purposes. The cost of printing the Collective Agreements Agreement will be divided equally between NAV CANADA and the UnionInstitute. All agreements will be printed in a union shop.
