Common use of National Health Care Program Clause in Contracts

National Health Care Program. In the event that during the term of this Agreement a 38 National Health Care Program imposes new or additional payroll taxes/costs on the Employer, or 39 reduces in whole or in part the deductibility to the Employer of its contribution to the health care 40 plan, or modifies the coverage which is or may be provided by the Employer, the terms of the 41 health care plan will be modified to the extent possible and permitted by law to conform with 42 any such National Health Care Program and to the extent necessary to avoid any new or 43 additional payroll taxes/costs or loss of deductibility. 44

In the event that during the term of this Agreement a 38 24 National Health Care Program imposes new or additional payroll taxes/costs on the Employer, or 39 25 reduces in whole or in part the deductibility to the Employer of its contribution to the health care 40 26 plan, or modifies the coverage which is or may be provided by the Employer, the terms of the 41 27 health care plan will be modified to the extent possible and permitted by law to conform with 42 28 any such National Health Care Program and to the extent necessary to avoid any new or 43 29 additional payroll taxes/costs or loss of deductibility. 44.
