National Archive/Back up Rights. Archives nationales/Droits de Sauvegarde Upon execution of an agreement with the Centre National de la Recherchie Scientifique “CNRS”, as a third party service provider to Customer and/or Licensee for archival services, acceptable to both CNRS and Licensor as a condition precedent to this Section 3 “National Archive/Back up Rights”, Licensee may be able to access the Content licensed as an archive Product, or under Product Terms that include Continuing Access Rights (but excluding, for clarity any Access Only Content, “Backfile Access During the Term” or Content licensed under a Content on Demand license) (“Back Up Content”) through the Plateforme d'Archivage National de l'Information Scientifique et Technique des membres du consortium Couperin (PANIST) managed by CNRS, solely for archival purposes and under the terms and conditions set forth in such agreement between Licensor and CNRS.
