Common use of National Apprenticeship Fund Clause in Contracts

National Apprenticeship Fund. The EMPLOYER agrees to contribute the sum of ten cents ($.10) per hour for each hour for which an EMPLOYEE receives pay to the National Apprenticeship Fund. Trustees of said Fund shall remit said sum to the National Painting and Decorating and Drywall Apprenticeship and Manpower Training Fund at such regular periods of time, and in the manner and form as shall be determined by the Trustees of the National Apprenticeship Fund from time to time.
