Name and Address of Building. Landlord reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the name or address of the Building and/or the Property, provided Landlord gives Tenant at least three (3) months’ prior written notice thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing to the contrary, so long as Tenant’s Share is at least 50%, Landlord shall not voluntarily change the address of the Building without Tenant’s prior written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Within thirty (30) days after receipt of a reasonably detailed invoice, Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for up to $2,500 of the reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by Tenant in connection with any such change. Landlord shall not name the Building after any tenant or occupant and any such name shall be consistent with first class office and laboratory buildings in the area.

  • Project or Building Name and Signage Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Project or Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Project or Building as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire.
